We’re going to miss him, this place and the food Ivan created there - modern, vibrant, intelligent and, ofс, delicious❤️ This Sunday, Ivan will cook a selection of Geum’s greatest hits, accompanied by hardcore energy - in the best possible sense - that perfectly reflects his spirit and identity. Rasel Rakhman and Not So Fresh will provide the soundtrack. It will be the most underground pop-up in our history, while the food will be exactly the food we’re going to miss so much💔 ON THE MENU 🌽Corn with Parmesan 🐰Rabbit sarma 🐟Fish kebab with hummus + our special by-the-glass lineup🥂🍷🍷 And how much we’ve done together through all our collaborations! We created Geum’s first proper wine list, while Geum made Karelian kalitki for us as a special for many months, as well as brisket for our birthday.
