The Last Marosejka Special

🤍🤍🤍 Our last-ever special menu at marosejka — September 25 (from 4 PM) to September 29. Yes, really. The last one. Every September, we celebrate marosejka’s birthday together with you. This year, we have two reasons to gather: to celebrate our third birthday — and to say goodbye. We’ll share more about why we’re closing, the exact timeline and what comes next in separate posts. For now, we’ll just say this: marosejka will continue operating as usual until around mid-October, so there will still be some time to come back for your favourites from our regular menu. But first — one last special. For our third birthday, we’ve brought back some of the most-loved dishes from our specials over the past three years, reworked to make them even better. Vitello tonnato stays exactly as it should be: classic, simple and built around great ingredients — including Black Angus beef. Of course, we couldn’t do this menu without our beef and salmon tartares. The beef tartare comes with Parmesan & Dorblu espuma, cornichons and onion. The salmon tartare is served with mango and avocado on a creamy ricotta and herb base. One of the new dishes is a green salad with fried prawns, edamame, avocado and mango, finished with a sesame-orange dressing. Fresh, delicate, slightly tangy and light enough to pair perfectly with the richer meat dishes. For the mains, we went all in on meat. Sous-vide duck breast with green vegetable purée, cheese foam and berry sauce. And a mix of tender Black Angus beef and venison, served with crispy potatoes and Jack Daniel’s sauce. One last special.
