U zabačenoj finskoj šumi, Saga i njen suprug Džon započinju novi život kao roditelji. Međutim, umesto bezbrižne sreće, rođenje njihove bebe u Sagi budi jezivu sumnju koju ne može da potisne. Dok Džon ništa ne sluti, Saga sve dublje tone u uverenje da sa njihovim novorođenčetom nešto nije u redu.
